Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, your payment will be charged at checkout. We will then confirm stock availability with our supplier. If your item is available, your order will be processed and dispatched without delay.
If the item is on backorder or there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to discuss the options.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, and the items are confirmed as in stock and ready for dispatch, your order will be processed for delivery. We’ll send your tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 working days, please email us at contact@ourgardenspace.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order is personalised/bespoke has started its process will not be able to be cancelled and full charge is required. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
